Closed School Transcripts
Please Note: The Division does not carry high school or alternative school transcripts.
The Division of Consumer Protection maintains records or information for a limited number of closed Postsecondary Proprietary Schools and Postsecondary State Authorized schools. There is a $30 fee to order transcripts from an accredited institution if the transcripts are held by the Division.
The Division also maintains a list of third parties that hold the records of closed schools. Below is the current compilation of the information received by the Division. If you are seeking information on a school not listed here, please contact us.

For student records from 1990 to 2009, records can be obtained from the Colorado Department of Higher Education. You can request these records here: https://highered.colorado.gov/dpos/Payments/Transcript_Request.aspx
Records from 2010 to 2022 are maintained by the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. Please mail the Division at consumerprotection@utah.gov
